Diplomas are certificates that are issued by educational institutions like high schools and universities. The ones obtained from universities testify that the holders have successfully completed particular study courses and awarded certificates. In other countries in the world, the certificates refer to levels of academic awards. On the other hand, states are responsible for offering the ones obtained from high school after completion of secondary school studies and programs.

Until a few years ago, people who wanted to further studies never considered online studies as an option.
