So I think that one thing I have realized with the ladies in my years is that you have the most fun when it stays in that unspoken stage. You know the one I mean, that spot where there really isn’t a commitment but you both want it but are scared to bring it up. That’s the one spot where if you keep your mouth shut nothing can go wrong, it wont hurt if she bails and you wont feel bad if someone better comes along. The relationship anxiety always sets in when you place the “rules” down, I will see you as long as you don’t see anyone else…establishing whom the boss is going to be and all that. How sad why are relationships like that? I know this from personal experience and from looking at the people involved around me. I know that a relationship is usually a constant struggle for control, ok obviously I haven’t been involved with very mature girls, but then again they are usually like ten years younger than me. Maybe not quite ten years but when you’re 30 and they are 22-23 it sure makes a world of difference. That’s why next time I’m going to keep my mouth shut during the unspoken stage and just enjoy it as long as I can and when it takes the next step I am bailing. It seems to me the best part of a relationship is usually the memory of it.
