On the other hand in Chamonix the catered chalet is invariably good. Also eating out in my families’ preferred bar, Canal Street Inc, scoffing creamsicle punch is a real treat. Chamonix is a big enough destination to guarantee that there is plenty for the non-skier to do. With a casino and a number of restaurants, Chamonix offers a choice of snowboarding, alpine charm and sightseeing which barely any ski resorts can match.
